How do I book?

What happens after I book?

​

You will receive a booking confirmation by email, the day before travel you will receive a email or phone call from us to confirm collection location and time.

​

How do I pay?

​

Upon booking we request a 10% deposit, the balance is payable 2 days before travel, if your booking is less than 2 days away we require full payment upon booking. Payment can be made by credit / debit card or by bank transfer.

What vehicle will I be travelling in?

​

We have a Jaguar XJ, long wheel base, this very car was given to the UK Government by Jaguar UK for use by the Royal Family and senior government ministers for its first year of life. It is fully loaded and extremely comfortable. All of the passenger seats can be moved and adjusted, they are heated or cooled to your liking and they offer a full massage system. Using your own climate control you can get the air temperature just right, the car is also equipped with twin 10" screens where you can watch digital Freeview TV or you can plug your own media in.  The car is also equipped with privacy blinds on the side and rear windows. Each journey is provided with complementary bottled water. The car is licenced to carry 4 persons.

We also have a brand new Mercedes-Benz V Class, this is vehicle can carry 7 passengers and their luggage. With full leather seats, climate control, 4G WiFi and bottled water you can be assured of the most comfortable trip.

How much luggage can I bring?

​

The Jaguar XJL can carry 2 large suitcases and 2 hand luggage sized bags. We can cater for excess luggage with our dedicated van service from our sister company, Blueline Couriers. Please enquire for full details

The Mercedes V Class can carry 7 passengers and 7 suitcases.

​

How do I meet the chauffeur at the airport or cruise terminal?

​

Your chauffeur will send you a text message once your flight has landed or the ship has docked, this will detail exactly where your chauffeur will be waiting with a name board in the arrivals lounge.

What if my flight is early or delayed?

​

When we take your booking we will ask you for your flight number. We will then track your flight to ensure we do our best to match your landing time. Should your flight be suffering an excessive delay, if possible please keep in touch with us by email / text so we can do our best to accommodate your change of plan.

Can I set up an account and pay by invoice?

​

For business clients, subject to application we can set up an invoicing account.

​

Child seats

​

You are welcome to bring your own child seat and fit it in the car, we are able to store the seat until your return if necessary. 

​

Can I eat and drink in the car?

​

Complementary bottled water is supplied for your journey, please speak to your chauffeur if you'd like to consume food in the car.

Who are Blueline Chauffeurs?

​

Blueline Chauffeurs is a trading name of Blueline Couriers Ltd, company registration number 13533393. This is owned by Jason Morris and Russell Collier. They are both recently retired Police Officers, utilising their skills in customer service, problem solving, safeguarding, professionalism and confidentiality, and of course, as well as being highly trained drivers you can be assured of a 1st class service. Both Jason and Russell hold enhanced DBS certificates. We are licenced by Gosport Borough Council.
